Please enjoy these recent works created with HCI (Human Creative Intelligence) + an alchemy of emerging and “old school” digital tools to tell visual stories of our shared humanity — the struggles, the triumphs, the epiphanies — and the pivotal moments in life that shape our beings as we work against societal and cultural expectations / biases that diminish our authentic power.

About Me

About the Artist Michelle Bushneff

While completing a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, I became fascinated with computer design and graphics. After graduating in 1983, I was intent on breaking into this emerging space and quickly landed a job doing digital art and animation for an educational software company. As my career advanced, I worked as an art director, creative director, and VP of product development leading award-winning teams responsible for iconic children’s “edutainment” products like Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego, Logical Journey of the Zoombinis, and LeapFrog’s library of books for the LeapPad

In 2001, when social media emerged, I latched onto yet another emerging space and continued my creative journey leading digital and content marketing for brands like Athleta, Numi Organic Tea, Stasher, and more. Today, I’m immersed in yet another digital revolution — the emergence of generative AI tools, and how those tools are impacting business and the arts.

In addition to pursuing my personal art in a range of digital and non-digital media, I consult as a marketing and content strategist specializing in social impact brands, and mentor social entrepreneurs on the opportunities for and ethics of integrating AI tools into their business and marketing operations.
